Imagine, within a few weeks you could get out of your rental and move into your new home, entertaining friends at your new pool, enjoying BBQs with your family….
Imagine all the other benefits that come with homeownership: A solid investment, tax deductions, no rental agreements and the freedom of upgrading and refinancing at your pace.
Last but not leas think about these things…..Sooner or later most people who do not own a home right now think they are going to buy one in the future. Are you one of these people? Well, if so, do you know the median price of a home in the greater Phoenix area increases dramatically each year? Furthermore, in 2004 the AVERAGE home cost in this area is $180,000.00 up from $154,000.00* a year prior. That's a $26,000.00 increase in one year. According to the Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine Phoenix Metro Area reported a 49% annual increase in Real Estate Prices during 2005. You as a potential buyer have more options since the home inventory in the Phoenix Market is back to a “normal” level. Although the market has cooled off there is no sign that these price increases are going to slow down. The National Association of Realtors agreed with Projections that Housing will reach Near-record sales again this year.
