I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know what a wonderful job my agent (Yuerg Eichmann) did for me.I have been in this business for 20 years and I am usually on the other end processing the loans.I just recently divorced after 38 years and needed someone who could take care of my transaction knowing I could not be there at every moment.He made sure I got the best deal per my financial needs  from the sales price to any additional monies from the seller for closing costs.
He made sure every thing in the home was in perfect working condition. He went further and inspected the house himself just to make sure he was satisfied with everything and that means a lot.
I never had to call him to remind him of anything, he was already on top of everything calling me with an update.He was always there for any questions or concerns I had.
He had a wonderful attitude that is very important. I would refer him to anyone, which I have already done. He is one of the best agents I have seen in a long time!!!!!. He cares and for the final touch, had a cleaning lady come and clean my home for a thank you gift, what a generous gesture, which was appreciated very much.
I cannot tell you how much I appreciated how he handled my transaction.
